Carpet Cleaning Technician was friendly, punctual and knowledgeable about service. Respect was shown for our home. Carpet dried in a reasonable amount of time.

Not using chemicals and you brought the water and took it away. The carpeting dried fast and looks much better than it did. A few areas that were more soiled didn't come as clean but cleaner than we had thought.

I have never seen such dirty carpet get so clean. We thought we were going to have to replace the carpets, but Zerorez made the carpet look brand new. The customer service was excellent!
