Staff were friendly, neat and quick. Carpets cleaned up nicely. I especially liked that they wore the shoe covers. If these aren't too expensive, it might be nice to offer them to the clients to use until carpets are dry.
Tech was very nice, protected walls and doors, stains came out and floor feels, looks and smells great still one month out. Better than any other carpet cleaning in the past

Chris Compton did a fantastic job! He worked so hard cleaning my carpet and upholstery, quite a big job. After 20 years and 2 dogs our carpet was looking pretty shabby but now looks great! I'm very happy with your service and have already recommended you and Chris to several of my friends!

The Tech (Robert ?) did an amazing job on cleaning the carpet and was courteous and professional. That level of customer service isn't easy to find anymore. He genuinely wanted to get my carpet as clean as it could be. I was reffered by a friend and wouldn't use anyone else. Great job Zerorez.
Doug was on time and did a nice job of cleaning my carpets. Soap residue
is always a problem since it seems to attract dirt. I'm hopeful that won't
be an issue with ZeroRez since no traditional soap product was used.
I really liked the smell of the product and the way it freshened and cleaned the carpet. Our carpet cleaning service rep, Tom, did an excelllent job of keeping me informed of what he was doing the entire time he was here and he was an extremely hardworker. I didn't notice too much of a difference in the brightness of the carpet until about a day or two later, when it was completely dry and then there was a significant difference. We're really happy with Zerorez!
the zero residue is my favorite.
I really enjoyed Reid. He explained every thing to me. I liked that the carpet was not soaking wet
when Reid was done. I have the cheapest carpet you can buy and it looks new after Reid was done.
I also like that it didn't take Reid all day to do the job.
Wow! Our 16 year old and 10 year old carpet looks almost like the day we had it installed. I had no expectation that it would look so good. Service was great - timely, friendly, conscientious. Have already recommended you to three people.
Jeremy did such a thorough job I was very impressed with how clean the vents and carpets were after he finished. I also like the fact that the products are environmentally safe and didn't leave any harsh chemical smell.
