Really liked our newer tech, Doug, but wondering if a long term employee would have been more observant to problem areas. Wish you had a tool that could concentrate on the one inch perimeter of a room, where there are dark "dust" stains on cream colored carpeting..Doug said there is nothing that can be done for this. :-(

Lastly, when I called and made original appointment by 10:00a.m., can't believe I wasn't one of the first 125 callers to receive the Champs gift card...hmm.

Jered was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about the products he was using and the job he was doing. He explained everything thoroughly to us before he started cleaning our carpets. I asked him for a demo on cleaning tile floors and he graciously did this for us. We were astounded at the results and had him clean our tile floors as well! Technician named Mason was VERY efficient and very courteous. He was 1000% better than the guy who came last year from ZEROREZ to clean my carpets. He used some equipment to portect my furniture that was not used last time, and instead of taking 48 hours to dry, my carpet was ready to vacuum in 24 hours. I would definitely call ZEROREZ again.

Clean. Did good on tough dirt but not great on set in stains. Smelled good.

Lack of "smell",except pleasant citrus smell at the end, dries quickly,. Service people were very nice, pleasant, thorough with information, worked quickly. There is, however, ONE pet stain which was not removed.

I like the environmental commitment with your products. Joe Christianson is an excellent
technician: very knowledgeable, respectful of our home and efficient. One suggestion I
have though is that your company use some sort of protection (drop clothes, etc.) under
the hoses that are required to be strung throughout the house to clean the carpets. This
time I had parts of my lower level cleaned and this required stringing the hoses down a flight of stairs from the truck. The water hose is very hot and I had wet/dirty spots on the stairs that I had to clean manually.
