The basement carpet was dirty and old and Zerorez got it looking clean and fresh in a short time. The technician knew what to use on spots and even removed a small rust spot in the living room. The technician was not a pushy salesman but had suggestions for products that will extend the life of the carpet. We were very satisfied customers. And there was no lingering chemical odor from the cleaning. A friend who is very sensitive to fragrances made that comment.

The Technician, Chris was very helpful in explaining everything. He also did a demo on a very soiled area to show how much dirt was being removed. I liked that they do not use soap and that a lot of the water was removed so the dry time was a lot faster. Also, he brought in the high power fan so that also helped to dry the carpet faster in a couple areas.

Professionalism, quality of work

This is the first time we used Zerorez and were very pleased. It had been almost 2 years since the carpet had been cleaned and the stairs and high-traffic areas came out better than I had expected or hoped for. Also, the tecnician was able to get out a stain we had given up on. I will use Zerorez carpet cleaning again.

I had all the carpet in my house done which is about 1,000 sq. ft. It only took the tech an hour to do. My appointment was between 2-5 on a Saturday and he was right on time. The carpet looks amazing. He got the darkest stains out of the carpet and it feels soft and plush. It smells really good too. It wasn't a huge mess either he just had like two pieces of equipment so it didnt take over the entire house. It was dry the next morning.

The customer service was outstanding, Ben did a great job explaining what he was doing, some of options available to me, and then handled the work in a timely, professional manner. My carpets were clean and dried quickly, definitely would use and recommend them again.
