We liked the fact that we could get our carpets cleaned within a couple days of making the call. The service was fast and efficient and the stains are gone! The only reason I gave it a 9 out of 10 rather than a 10 out of 10 is because the service guy wore his dirty shoes on our carpet before he began cleaning, after I had just meticulously vacuumed it per your request.
The professional manner of your technician was impressive. Your equipment (vehicle, tools, etc.) are all well-kept and that is a sign of a company that takes pride in it's appearance. Our carpets are not all that old and were not overly dirty but your cleaning service made them feel and look like new. I will most definitely call your company again.
