This was a clean, fresh and totally effective process that removed everything from our carpets. They are 13 years old, had never been cleaned, were very light colored berber...they came out absolutely beautifully. No chemical smells...just fresh citrus aroma remained. The man who did the work, Mark Lightner, was sooooo professional, friendly and accomodating. He was intent on making sure we were pleased with the results and even went over a few spots again just to make us happy. He was the most professional person we have ever had in our home. We are delighted with the results and your great technician. We will recommend your service to everyone and we will definitely be back to do business with you. AAA+++ all the way!!!

The carpets looked great, weren't soaked and dried fairly quickly with a fan, smelled good.
Our technician, Dan, was very courteous, explained the # of times to vacuum a carpet each week, depending on the # of people or pets in a home, his process of our Zerorez cleaning. We asked about duct cleaning and Dan explained yur company's process so will be contacting you about that service in spring.
Due to a scheduling problem on the day of our cleaning and the fact that our requested time could not be met, Zerorez did not charge us for this first time cleaning - That is unheard of in today's "dog eat dog" world. We have only good things to say to all our friends about Zerorez and we know you will be back to our home to do more cleaning for us!
