Your service man was so nice. Rooms smell clean. House is empty, so maybe that is why it smells good. Steps were really dirty, they are now clean. I paid over $200, and I saw an ad on TV yesterday where Stanley Steamer is doing the same thing for less. If I had seen the ad first, I would have called them.

Over all I,m pleased with the results,However next morning after carpet was completly dry there were two area,s I thought could have come out better. It the bedroom the first two feet entering the room should have been done a bit more and the same for about 8 inches of the entry to the living room I think that could have come out better.
