Excellent cleaning job/system. Doesn't take alot of time, friendly staff.
The carpet looks fabulous!! The technician was informative & efficient - he arrived as scheduled, even though I didn't get a call telling me exactly when (his phone wasn't working so the office was to call me to let me know he'd be there at 11:00 am, but that didn't happen). It was not a big deal, I'd planned to be home from 10:00 to 1:00 anyway. The stains came out, the smell was great, everything went as expected and very well!!
I like the cleaning process and especially the young man , Aaron Heath. who did the cleaning!. He was very personable and did an excellent job!

I like the no residue, the natural way to clean carpets so that they don't attract dirt quickly. I am very pleased with how the carpets look, although we had several spots that were not able to be cleaned, not the fault of Zerorez or the technician, I believe.
Roman was outstanding in his explanation of the services, the possibility that the stains may not be able to be removed, the cost and his desire to do the very best in cleaning our carpets. Very friendly and respectful also.
Jared Selas is the BEST! Polite and mannerly (not found often these days). He was thorough and was careful around items that could not be moved. He should be cloned! I have found my carpet cleaning business...you have no competition!

the scheduling was spot on. Erik was very pleasant and personable. Explained everything and worked around the fact that our furnace had failed overnight and the repair person showed up while he was in the middle of finishing up. I like the Orange, fresh smell! And am very pleased that I have finally gotten my carpet refreshed!!!!!!

Jonathon's people skills and attention to detail and quality of work was amazing. First impressions are so important as your associates represent your company.....He was so friendly, personable, great listener, and even more important he took such pride in his work, as I could tell he really cared about doing the job right! I already referred a couple people to Zero Rez. I think Jonathon's style and work ethic are hard to find in today's marketplace. I would definitely ask for him to come back to our house! No Chemicals were used!
The fact that you use no chemicals. Technician was on time and the estimate given on the phone was close to what we were charged. The carpet looks like new.
