My carpets looked great after the cleaning. I like that there are no harsh chemicals used and the technician was nice and professional. He explained the cleaning process very well and made sure I understood and asked if I had questions.

I liked how fast it went and how friendly and knowledgable your associates, Paul and Nick were about your products. My carpets look a lot better than they did. Some stains remain however I didn't really think that they would come out anyway. I also like your prices.

I was very impressed with Chris’s explanation of your process and why it was a benefit to me. He quickly went about his work, yet took time throughout the process to explain what he was doing and, again, the benefit. He also did A very good job explaining your carpet spray protection and the benefits of it. I bought it. Chris is a very good ambassador for your company. Everything was completed and removed quickly. With people like Chris out in the field, I can see why your co. Is doing so well!
