The pre-treatment loosened the heavy dirt area far beyond what we had hoped and expected. We were quite happy since the end result allows us to keep our 17 year old carpet a few more years. Chris did an awesome job! He is definitely excited about his job and represents zerorez very well. I think you should promote him or at least give him a raise. A substantial one! If all of your employees are like him in your organization, consider yourself fortunate. If not, maybe you should allow Chris to give a seminar on "How to be enthusiastic about your job..." I can't help but think he'd inspire some of them. It seems effortless for him and honestly, I don't think he's even aware of his positive character.

I like three things about Zerorez: 1. the high level service and attention to detail provided by Steve Rosselyn (sp?)who is the carpet cleaning man I specifically requested a second time because he does such a outstanding job. 2. the difference in your concept and approach to carpet cleaning - no perfumes (I am allergic to perfume and hate perfume smells), scientifically based and environmetally friendly i.e. no harsh chemicals. 3. your products and services really work. you have done miracles on difficult to clean high traffic areas and helped me with a pet problem. I have high pyle nylon fiber carpeting that comes back revitalized and almost looking like new again!
