We had an absolutely amazing experience with zerorez, the carpets are clean, free of odor, there was no crunch to the carpet like the shampooers leave. The guys that came to our home were so professional and polite. They showed up early after having called to see of we were ok with an earlier time, they explained the entire process and even stopped to show up progress on what they had done. we also had our sectional couch cleaned and it looks and smells brand new again! Appear to deliver a good quality product

The rug looks great. I have no complaints about it. This is just a little thing, but I am the type that does not appreciate when technicians brag about their job. Or when they tell me how bad our previous Zerorez technician was. I think that borders on gossip.

You do a good job of cleaning. I did not receive an itemized receipt as your worker used his phone for records so I don't know exactly what any extra charges might have been for.
