The outcome! Fantastic!!! Seriously neglected carpet - and worse, the "new shag" that must have gone un-vacuumed for EVER. Now add three dogs. Didn't think it was possible to save the carpet but zerorez is exactly what I thought it would be - something completely different. And the zerorez team is the best, to boot! Carpets are the most important part of your home to know that they are really clean because you can not see what is down in them. I also like that I was able to make an appointment rather quickly. I had my cat put to sleep and am looking to adopt another pet, so getting rid of the scents from my cat was very important so the next pet would not want to scent mark over those.
