I waited to respond to the feedback until over a month had passed to really be able to evaluate the cleaning. It really did clean my carpets very well (even the heavy traffic areas) and equally as important seemed to have left no residue which has kept the clean fresh look well after the job was done.

Fabulous cleaning and environmentally friendly - which are both a requirement for me.

The tech did a great job seeing and getting out the few medium and larger stains we made since last time you were out. He missed some of the small ones though, and I went around while the carpet was still wet to remove those myself. Next time I'll be sure to point them out since they were harder to see.
