I thought the guy did a great job, worked very hard at getting the carpet cleaned and also the ducts. I liked the orange scent of the preclean stuff, the fact that the carpet wasn't very wet when done, and the fact that you don't use chemicals to clean with. Your method is very effective I think.

We thought Aaron was very good. Like the neat fresh smell. It looks great, we did think it was somewhat expensive.

The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the Zerorez system did a fantastic job on our carpet! We have four cats and there were some vomit stains we couldn't get completely out. Zerorez got them all out and our carpet looked like new again. We're very happy with the results!
