I like that you don't use any chemicals. My cleaned carpets don't smell like anything, which is what I needed since I have bad allergies and can't handle fragrance and chemicals. The service was great, fast and friendly.

Robert, the technician who cleaned my carpet, was very knowledgeable and did a very thorough job cleaning my carpet. Because of some cat issues, the job ended up taking a lot longer than originally anticipated, but Robert handled it all very patiently and professionally.
