All the representatives of Zerorez have been professional, curtious, friendly, and very helpful. The products are great! The drying time is far less than anyone else we used in the past. The spot remover works wonderful. The protection we had put on our carpet last time really helped us out this time. Someone in our family had spilled diet coke on the carpet between a chair and a side table that went unnoticed for some time and it came right up because we had used Zerorez and it's products. Your service was exceptional. We did have some pet damage (urine) and I'm not sure Zerorez was able to extract everything as there is still a faint smell. I realize this is not Zerorez's problem and will need to move forward in the future with possible replacement if necessary. Overall, VERY pleased with the service and have already recommended Zerorez to others.

I was extremely surprised at how thorough the guy was and also that stains that have been both in my carpet and also on a chair came out when other professional cleaners couldn't get them out. I will definitely use zerorez again and refer them to my friends, family, and clients!

I wasn't there for the first half of the cleaning, but my husband was. Chris was very nice and professional. Our carpet seemed to look much better and smell better. We have a higher fiber carpet, so some of the high traffic areas didn't turn out as well as I had hoped, but Chris said that it was because we had tweed or longer fiber carpet. Which I am sure was true. We also had a couple topical treatments for pet odor. We were pretty pleased with the treatment, but can still smell some of it. It is prbably because it may have just soaked down to the carpet pad. Overall, we had a great experience with Zerorez! We have always heard that their services are great, so that is why we decided to go with them. They may be a little bit more spendy than other carpet cleaners, but it is worth spending the extra money.

Technician takes care to tailor the cleaning to the needs of the home (dog).

Dan was great! Highly encourage tipping, these guys work there tails off. Cleaning carpets is hard work and I doubt they get paid enough ...... All the stains are gone surprisingly for the poor quality of the carpet. It looks awesome!
