Dave & Anthony did a great job. They were very respectful of our home - shoe coverings, plastic covers over woodwork, etc. They were extremely customer service focused, showed me charges before they began, offered suggestions, etc.

The service was exceptional. Robert McCurdy was a true professional who took pride in his work. He did his utmost to provide the best service possible. It was the end of a long day, and yet I did not feel short changed by the technicians. They put in over 100%.
I have just one small complaint. Because it was nighttime and I did not have the best lighting, there are a couple very small areas that could have been better. This is not the fault of the technician, these areas are just easier to see in natural daylight.
My sofa looks brand new - I really can't believe how good it looks. Unbelieveable.
And my carpeting looks fabulous. It's hard to believe that I've had it over 10 years.
I will definitely call zerorez in the future.

The carpeting looked so fresh and alive after the cleaning. The carpeting was not soaked with water like other cleaners leave you with. Sean did a great job on the carpeting. I would request him for future cleanings. I was very happy with my first Zerorez cleaning.

I appreciated that someone came back out and recleaned the carpet area I was concerned with. I think it's much better now. Also, he explained why it was getting so dirty so quickly.

I am very, very, pleased with the service and customer satifaction of Zerorez!!! My carpet is so clean and I am elated with the fact that a stain that has been in my carpet and has previously been treated and cleaned by myself, is gone!!! It did not come out the first time Zerorez came out so I called about it and immediately, someone was out to remedy the problem. I am WOWED!!! Thank you!!! I like that the carpets are not wet after they are cleaned. I appreciated the tech (Derrick) calling me with his advice on whether or not I should even have the carpet cleaned. It was very badly stained with dog urine and the smell was horrible. He did a really good job cleaning the carpet, it looks great! I'm extremely satisfied!

The tech was very friendly and helpful! We had you guys in with the plan of getting rid of our living room carpet in a couple of months but they now look so good we are going to keep it in a while!

Your representative was totally professional and answered all questions completely. I LOVE that there is no residual anything on the carpet. It's soft rather than crusty and stiff. Our carpet was 15 years old and had been professionally cleaned only once in that time, yet it looks, feels and smells like it may have another 15 years in it.
