I like that there are no soaps or detergents used and that it was done very quickly. I also liked that they give you a time frame as to when they will be here so that you do not have to wait around all day wondering when they will arrive and that they call and give you an idea of how long before they will arrive your house on the day of the appointment.

Joe did an excellent job . He recommended we do our vents and we agreed. That wasn't why we contacted Zerorez but appreciated the recommendation in that my wife was struggling with sinus problems at the time. Very good on his part.
