You seem to take the time to go over all areas more then once. Equipment seems to do the job.

The results were great. I appreciated the special attention that was paid to protecting the wood work with guards, sealing the front door with canvas and the technician wearing protective covers over his shoes. I have never seen that before and it shows concern for the customers home. I appreciated the technician (Kyle) making a second effort to remove a stubborn spot and taking time to explain the process of what makes Zerorez unique. Did I say the results were great and I'll recommend Zerorez to friends and family.

The carpet looks great and The product was awesome, the young man assigned the call was above and beyond expectations!
