The entire experience was great. From calling to get information, setting up a cleaning appointment, to the actual service and result. Dan, the cleaning technician who cleaned my carpets and tile was courteous and professional. He called ahead to tell me when he was on the way and arrived in the timeframe that was quoted to me when setting up the appt. He was polite and thorough, stopping at times to show me areas he had cleaned, compared to uncleaned to see the difference (and it was a big difference). He was careful with equipment not to bump a wall or corner and used corner protectors to avoid marking any woodwork. When Dan left the carpets were clean the tile shone and there was not a trace of having a cleaning service come in. I paid the price I was quoted and have recommended Zerorez to many people already and will continue to do so.
My carpets don't just look better, they fell better to walk on too.

We like that they use minimal chemicals. We also liked the carpet technicians that came and cleaned both our new homes carpet before we moved in and then we called them back to come clean our apartment carpet after we moved out. Polite and courteous staff. Very professional.

The techs are extremely polite and knowledgeable. I like the way you clean and the guys always get out the doggie spots that have been there for months. I have used Zero Rez 3 times and this last crew were exceptional as I had alot of specailty work done.

Our cleaner worked extremely hard to clean our couch. We didn't think it was possible to get the stains out that our 2 year old had made (juice, snacks, etc) but he did it.

Service was EXCELLENT! Ben and Jason were very professional, they explained the process in detail and were very thorough. They were able to remove an oil stain that I hadn't been able to remove myself after 5 years of effort.
