I wish you would have gotten the stain out of my carpet, that was the reason for sending it in. It had been cleaned a month before and so the majority of it wasn't dirty. Just thought I would tell you, I was a litle dissapointed.

We had an issue with a stain that reappeared when the carpet dried. Zerorez came back out promptly and rectified the issue.

My carpet is 12 years old and the previous owners of the home never cleaned it. There were several dark stains on the carpet, including a paint stain. Tony cleaned the carpets efficiently and all of the stains came out in 30 minutes. He was on time, courteous and did not try to up-charge. The carpet looks like new again.

only negative - today I saw a coupon sticker on the StarTribe for the service I had at a $30 reduced price....??? Wish I would have waited.

Chris was our Zerorez representative yesterday on a Sunday! He did an outstanding job, very thorough from the moment he walked through our door.

The carpet was very clean when he was done. I like the thought of not using soap - and still getting clean carpet. The carpet had never been cleaned and though not dirty, cleaning made it softer. That was a nice added benefit! I would definitely use Zerorez again.

WOW!!! Impressive! You work so fast and are so efficient! The guys who came were wonderful! Very polite and professional and friendly. We have a puppy who was nervous and unsure about the strangers in the house. They were both really great and patient and earned my dog's trust so I didn't have to lock him outside. You arrived when you said you would and called when you said you would. And my sofas and carpet look AMAZING! I learned from the guys that you also clean tile and grout. You will be hearing from me again for sure!!
