This was my first time using zerorez. I have had other friends use you with good and bad results. I was hesitant, but willing to try. I am very fussy when it comes to my carpet and since it is a lighter color, I notice the stains more. My carpet looks like new and the 2 young men that did the carpets were wonderful. Very respectful and allowed me to check their work thoroughly, and if necessary, they would go over spots they missed. It was a great experience and I would definitely have you do my carpets again.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how clean it was, although I had high expectations, but also the smell was so NICE! I was not expecting that and being a "smell" person, that was an added bonus. Technician was really nice and speedy, too.

Chemical Free!!! Scent Free!! I have horrible chemical allergies and sensitivities and I love that Zerorez doesn't use string odors and chemicals. My carpet is clean, odor free, and soft to the touch when your done. The new pet treatment works wonderfully.
The individual who cleaned our carpets took time and care to clean our carpets. He also provided some suggestions to ensure our carpet would last longer. He was very pleasant and again took time to do a great job. This is the third carpet cleaning service we have used in our 7 years in our home and we definitely will not use another serviced provider.

The two guys that did my carpet cleaning were very knowledgeble, courteous, protected the walls and woodwork while they worked. They also had to work about the furnace repairman and never complained. I would hire Zerorez again. By the way, the carpeting looks great!

I was unaware of your 30-day guarantee on your carpet cleaning service at the time of the initial cleaning on 11/12/12. I was impressed with Zerorez's quick and courteous response to my concerns regarding the initial cleaning and the offer of a repeat cleaning on the hallway.
The hallways(and doorways) are much cleaner after the second cleaning. Interestingly, the carpet was dry MUCH sooner the second time.
I declined reapplication of the protector, after discussion with the service tech, due to concerns regarding two applications of protector actually decreasing protection to soiling.
