We like the fact that our carpets are being cleaned with only water that has been restuctured rather than chemicals. It did not take a long time as we had our rooms emptied. Steve did a great job both in cleaning the carpets and explaining the process.

They really work! I didn't expect our carpets could look so clean.

I have had cleaners in my house before (different company) that would do a room and hallway in 20 min and say it was done. The carpet would still be dirty. With Zerorez, they take their time and spend time going their job. Good work

Friendly, efficient, informative representative. I was happy to learn a large soda spill was successfully removed from the carpet in my bedroom, which was the reason I called Zerorez in the first place.

They are not harsh and smell very nice. The associates who do the cleaning are extremely nice and helpful. They always seem to do their best to make the carpet look great, even when the spots are bad. The carpet dries quickly. I always recommend Zerorez when someone asks me about carpet cleaning.
