Costs estimates were given over the phone, then everything was carefully gone over with the technician when he arrived, he had the notes on his iphone. I appreciated the cover he had for the door--it was a cold day and it helped keep the warm air in the house. Kyle did a thorough job and invited me to see how it was looking a couple of times to make sure I was satisfied. My carpets look great, I'm very satisfied.

No chemicals
Cleaning carpets without old-fashioned cleaners. Using "green" process to break down the dirt and stains and efficiently suck them into your van 40 feet outside my door. The technician who cleaned my carpets was VERY thorough and put on plastic shoe covers EVERY time he came back into the house from getting something from the van. The cost was the same as quoted over the phone. This is NOT the way carpets were cleaned a few years ago!
