Professional demeanor by technician, quality of service and products

Great service. But I think the pet odor remains. The service person left my couch cushion at an angle to dry but I think the solution drained to the bottom and the odor remains

Our second experience was terrific....Dennis is an outstanding representative for your company and deserves some recognition! His attention to detail, his knowledge of the carpet, the cleaning process and the company are extraordinary. I don't know what the first guy did or didn't do, but after this second cleaning we were amazed at how much better the carpets looked! We truly appreciate that after our dissatisfaction with the initial cleaning, everyone at Zerorez made great efforts to change our impression and it worked.
