The technician (Chris) was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all the questions that I had. The carpets look fabulous! They were even dirtier than I thought :) There was a stain on one part of the carpet that I was sure would not come out and it did. The technician dried the area thoroughly to make sure there was no more work that needed to be done on it before he left. I plan to use zerorez again.

No chemicals used, light scent used was tolerable, carpet feels and looks clean. The staff who did the cleaning were very clear about the services and costs and were very respectful, professional, and efficient.

I really feel that the people that work at Zerorez are very professional, very nice and really know their products. They go out of their way to make sure that we (the customer) is very satisfied with the job that they have done.

I really like that my carpets felt clean after they dried. I also liked the two guys that cleaned my carpet. Both of them were very nice. I would have my carpets done again by zero rez .

All of the vomit stains from our dog came out! No chemicals is a huge factor for us. My husband and I very pleased with the outcome of the cleaning we had over the weekend. I asked our technician for extra business cards, I am sure my neighbors will be asking what we thought of the service. I can't wait to try the extra bottle we bought for stains throughout our house, if it gets them out I will be overjoyed with this company!
