I like that my carpets have no perfume or residual smell after cleaning. This was the second time that I have used zerorez. Both service reps were friendly, professional and left my home clean. My only complaint is that the price to have my home done is costly and more expensive than other companies.

Excellent service! From phone call to schedule our cleaning services to the completion. Got an appt right away, even though I called last minute. Answered all my questions and pricing was spot on. The 2 gentlemen that came to our house were professional and courteous. We had 3 rooms, stairs and 2 couches cleaned. I had doubts that they would be able to get them clean, but to my amazement, everything looks great. Especially the really dirty carpet on the steps going downstairs, unbelievable. My whole house smells better too.I will definitly recommend this company to all my friends. Great job ZEROREZ!!!

Technician was very friendly and advised me on everything he was going to do. We had problems in the living room with streaking on the rug the day after our initial cleaning. Bribe tech came back the next day and redid it. It looks great now. Our tech Adam was very nice and did a great job. I will recommend your services to family and friends. Thank you very much!!!!!!

Everyone I've ever dealt with at Zerorez has been more than nice. They really go out of their way to understand your needs and make you feel like they want to help you. They inform without selling. They are also incredibly efficient.

Had 17 year old carpet cleaned. It was dirty and matted down from walking on it. After Zerorez cleaned and treated the carpet, it looks and feels much better.
