The products are environmentally friendly, don't leave any residue, don't smell or have any off gassing and carpet feels like hand washed fabric. Technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, try to provide best possible pricing and are very detailed.

The gentleman that cleaned our basement carpet was excellent (polite, knowledgable etc).
My only complaint is that the carpet was too wet when he left.
I mentioned it to him because I was concerned (when I walked across the
floor, my socks were soaked). He said it was fine and should dry in 12 hours.
I set up fans, ran space heaters and the dehumidifier. It took over a day to
dry and left a musty smell. The smell eventually disminished.
I have had Zero Rez a few times.Each Technician has been extremely friendly and did there job well.My recent most visit was beyond a "10" as far as doing a great job.Be very proud of Ryan Wicks as your Employee!Top notch for a young man in todays working world.Someone tought this young man a great work ethic and how to take pride in his work.This is clearly not"just a job" to him.Top notch,Ryan.Great luck to him in all he does.I would hope he is our carpet tech next time.On a side note,I can't really say that as far as how Michelle called and addressed "my time" issue.Someone needs to remind this Gal that I or we are still the customer.Any questions regarding this statement,someone other she could call.Thanks again Ryan,and Zero Rez!
