Mark was very professional. I had not used Zerorez before so he explained the process and got right to work. Mark encountered what he called the worst cat urine smell in my carpet.
When one process did not work to his satisfaction he tried another. Something he had never done before. It worked. Cat urine will never be 100% gone but it is almost gone and certainly tolerable until we replace the carpet.
No residue, smells great and dries quickly
Your service man was very polite and efficient! Your product cleaned our old Berber carpet better than anything else used in the past, as well. Our couch and loveseat cleaned up very nicely as well. Very satisfied with your product.
The products they use are safe for pets and kids and the carpet does not feel crunchy, it just feels clean.
ON TIME EVERY TIME
I got my air ducts cleaned and it left one of the rooms dusty, but Zerorez was more then willing to make things right by cleaning the chair and carpet. A happy wife makes a happy husband.

The team that came to service my carpets and couches called when they were 15 minutes away which was appreciated. They walked thru the house before the services and at the end. They were knowledgeable about the product and service. It was important that the cleaning was chemical free. I was very pleased with the services that I received.
It was fast and the carpets were not that damp and the service guy was super friendly.
It got the stains out of our carpets.
