The two young men that came to do the work were very professional and friendly. The carpets look wonderful. They dried quickly and there was very little odor from the product. I will definitely recommend your company to others.

I had my carpets cleaned less that a week ago and I have already recommended you to three of my friends!I loved that it was not saturated and that it dried so quick. The technician was very personable and knowledgeable. I also thought that the service was reasonably priced.

The guys were very friendly and thorough in figuring out the job to be done. The carpet seems very clean and no chemical smell at all. Just a good clean smell. It dried very fast and looks like new again! Thanks zerorez!!

I like the basic philosophy of Zerorez. I liked the clean citrus smell of the pre-treatment, the friendly courteous service of the technician and his overall knowledge of carpet cleaning. He pointed out that my carpet was too old to look perfect but that it would be a big improvement (which it was). It was better than any other carpet cleaning service I have used in the past. There was one small dirty area that I was concerned about the next day so I called to report that. The company was happy to come out to redo the area.

What do you like about our products and services?

No soap was used in the cleaning of my carpet. I understand that if soap or some kind of chemical is used the carpet will attract dirt faster. I also liked the professionalism shown by the person that did the cleaning.
