Our service tech (Doug) was on time and friendly. He did a great job, and my carpet looks new! Carpets dried quickly, I also bought some of the spot remover to have on hand at home.

Was very HAPPY that they made my carpet look new.Had my living room/dining room and basement( we added on). Got rid of all but 1 pet stain( they said it might not come out). I'm a hair stylist and will tell all my clients.

The technician was very polite- went right to work and before leaving gave us instruction on what to expect as to how long it would take to dry etc.

The person cleaning our carpets was friendly and professional. He (Nick?) did a great job and after 5 years of living in the house with kids running up and down the stairs, the carpets look lovely again. Nicely done.
