The technicians that came out to my home were very knowledgeable about the products used and very professional.
Smells so fresh and clean and the technician was very honest about what could or could not come out. Another wonderful selling point is that you are available 7 days a week, which is a wonderful option considering not everyone can just take off work at the drop of a hat! I feel as though the technician was very accommodating and worked extra hard at getting stains out that I was VERY concerned about! Way to go zerorez

I liked how Brian was so on top of things. He had a curtain at the door to keep things out, the corner cover for the walls and baseboards, doing things exactly as we asked. He worked hard on a few spots and did a beautiful job getting them out. Then he accidentally forgot our booties and he ran them over for us. He was very polite and a quiet hard worker.

The one thing I would encourage you to stop is the hard upsell. Had to spend too much time hearing about other services, negotiating the fact that the rooms we needed cleaned were not more expensive, and that we didn't need a 20 ounce bottle of spot remover for $30. Keep it simple.

Only time will tell, but the majority of our spots came out, the service person was very polite, communicated clearly, the process went smoothly and was consistent with expectations set except that some areas have taken much longer to dry than anticipated
