My carpet is 15 years old. I was not expecting miracles - just wanted to get it clean and get one more year out of it. I had very few stains but did have traffic path dirt. The carpet looks cleaner than I expected and better yet, it feels clean. It dried quicker than some cleanings I've had in the past and the technician was very polite and friendly.

No more pet smells! The staff are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The company policy on service is stellar. I believe that to be good at what you do you have to love what you do. Jeff obviously loves the challenge of his job. It was fun to hear him shout... "I won again!" When he conquered another mystery stain. This was the most enjoyable service call I have ever had.

I like the fact that they are non toxic and that they do not leave a soap residue.

Your phone customer service people were polite and really listened as I described my carpet and rug situation. You have a good scheduling and communication system. The carpet technician was also very polite and efficient and treated my carpet exactly as I requested him to do. I can't say it looks like new, but for 17 year old carpet that has coexisted with 2 cats for 12 years, it looks pretty good. The technician was a very pleasant young man.
