I liked the product and the carpets were cleaned but one guy seemed a bit lazy and after he thought he was done I pointed out a few spots he missed and he did not move a couple small lightweight pieces of furniture I had told him to clean under. He then cleaned there and I was happy with it. I shouldn't have to stand and make sure they clean where I asked them to. I do still have two spots I feel he could have removed if he was a little more thorough.

The two young men who provided the service were very friendly, polite and answered all my questions. They went out of their way to keep me posted on arrival time when they encountered some difficulties in their prior appointment. The cleaning seemed very thorough.
