I was very happy with the cleaning job they did on the carpet. After they left I went and was putting things back and noticed the cover to the floor outlet was broken, I called Cody and he says what do you want me to do about it? I said replace it, he then said something about it being messed up. I think what they did when they moved the couch they hit it, they did have there equipment plugged in there also. I replaced it. I felt I was pressured to buy cleaners and protection. I have a 20 yr old carpet, first time it was cleaned, I will probably replace it in time. Thank You.
