To be honest I've always heard Zerorez is pretty good if you don't have pets but after a rotten experience with another company my husband wanted to try these guys. We have 2 boxers that plow through that room with dirty/muddy feet and a cat that started peeing on the floor behind the couch just days before we called. It smells so bad it makes my head hurt and I feel like I'm seeing spots from all the dirt on the carpet!! It must have been my lucky day because Charles came to take care of our everything and did an UNBELIEVABLE job!! I'm telling you, he has a gift! He was very friendly and helpful and the end result was outstanding. The carpet was spotless, seriously! We ran 2 big dehumidifiers and it was dry within 8 hours. I wasn't expecting to get any of the pee smell out but in the end it was almost gone. I can still smell it a little but I wasn't embarrassed to have my in-laws over Thanksgiving afternoon - 24 hours after having it cleaned. I purchased the $60 pet treatment and a bottle of the ZeroStink spotter. I was told to keep spraying it when ever the smell started and it really works. I will use you again and ask for Charles by name!

I think you are very considerate of my home, and I truly think you do everything you can to provide the best service possible. I was a little disappointed with the bathroon tile, hoping all the shower tile would be able to be cleaned..(especially in the corners)..so I still have to work that out. There still is a mark in the carpet where the water stain had been.
