When I called for an appt. they were able to fit me into the schedule that day because we were having a birthday party with family in that dining room that weekend. I have
a cat that decided to urinate in a corner of my dining room and your tech guys were able
to find other spots that I didn't know I had. The techs were very courteous and very
thourough. They worked very hard to get the smell out of our carpet. They didn't give up, they kept working to get it out. The tech guys were awesome and definitely went above
the call of duty.

That is what I was expecting after all the other good reviews of zerorez. What went over and above my expectations was the extreme level of courtesy, service/product knowledge, and accommodation of my technician Nathan Kelm. He sold me on the Maxim Advanced Carpet Protector and the spot cleaner. I was very interested in the products as they would extend the newly cleaned look of my carpets, and best of all, I felt absolutely no pressure to purchase them. Another benefit of zerorez besides a chemical free clean is the softness of my carpets once they dried. I think I just became a zerorez customer for life.
