Fast and efficient
Everyone from person who sets appointments to technicians - especially techs - is a pleasure to deal with. Techs are polite, concerned about quality, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The two young men who recently came to my house are a credit to your company. There are endless numbers of people who claim to clean carpeting well. Most I've hired were not very good, and some were awful. This really is not a job just anyone can do. One other "green" company I hired may not have used bad chemicals, but my carpeting looked no different after they left than before they came.
Easy scheduling, prompt service, and thorough, careful work on the carpet. No problems with the management of my furniture. The workers were friendly and conducted themselves as professionals.
