He was prompt, he provided an explanation of the services to be provided and then he performed the carpet and upholstery cleaning very efficiently and effectively. My only regret is that I didn't take advantage of additional services, especially the tile and grout cleaning. Jacob and Zerorez surpassed my expectations ~ thank you!

The gentleman cleaning our rugs was great!! I don't know his name as I was not home at the time, but my husband said that your employee worked extremely hard in getting our rugs to look brand new. He even got out the tough old stain at the top of our stairs. A huge pack on the back to your employee!!!
