That it cleans and sanitizes without using soap.
I like the product, more environmentally sound, no soap residue; I was unsure about the further need for a soil protector. I went with it but I was not entirely convinced that it was environmentally safe.
We were extremely pleased with our service. The young man, Jon, who provided our service went above and beyond our expectations to ensure an excellent end result. He spent extra time working hard to be sure the pet odor and stains were completely removed. Would highly recommend him and your company to others.

recommend him to friends and people at work. My wife and I could not believe how clean the carpet was after he was done! The carpet nearly looked new.
