Liked the email confirmation, phone confirmation, and that the guy actually came on the date scheduled. He did call and ask to come early, however as his morning opened up. It worked out for us as we were prepared, but there was a chance we wouldn't have had everything moved out of the room yet as he wanted to come 3 hours early. Our technician was Anne Rohan and she did an incredible job. We have used Zerorez two other times and we have discovered that the technician makes a big difference. The first time the did a very good job, the second time the outcome was not so good. My wife had a home childcare so our carpet takes a beating. Anne did a very professional job and the outcome was great. We would definitely attempt to request her the next time we need Zerorez service.
