My Tech Dayton was awesome! He was very knowledgable and extremely professional. I was amazed that prior to doing the cleaning he actually took time to inspect the carpet and infrom me on what he was going to be doing. I was amazed once he started how clean the carpets were starting to look. He actually left me a little strip of dirty carpet to show me how dirty they were and all I have to say is yuck! Was amazed they were that dirty. He did a great job cleaning my carpets and you could see he was passionate about what he was doing. I will be using you again when I am ready to have my basement carpets cleaned. I will also for sure be recommnding Zerorez to family and friends and will inform them to request Dayton as their tech. Arrived promptly for appointment. Explained process thoroughly and costs involved. Allowed me to choose what services I wanted without pressure. Carpets dried beautifully, and tile grout lines looked like new. I would request Erik again to do this work.

The person cleaning shows you the cost of each room to be cleaned, they explain the process and cleaning solution used. They put on show covers, like a slipper, on their shoes, what good does cleaning do when they walk on the wet carpeting with dirty shoes. They also put on a door screen as such, so the cold air doesn't come in. Thank you I'm very satisfied. Karen Allen
