The technician was prompt, professional and knowledgable about the process of cleaning my carpet and upholstery. He did a super job of cleaning our rugs - he even got a large spot of Johnsons baby oil out of our cream colored carpet!!I was impressed.

He was able to get out stains that were there for years!! Very impressed!

I liked that they were consistent about the time they estimated. The guy who cleaned the carpets was neat, polite and efficient. My carpets dried quickly and they look clean.

What do you like about our products and services?

Your staff is exceptioanl. Being in the business of consumer sales, your staff identified themselves before entering my home. Went over what I had requested to be cleaned. Did a walk through. Even upgraded me to have my sofa cleaned. And the cleaning of the carpet-WOW! My stairs look like new carpet! We are very very happy!

My carpets look very clean. You are in and out very quickly. You are there when you say you will be.
