Nathan and Alec were fantastic! Nathan was very knowledgable and explained what was being done very clearly. He also offered tips and ideas about how to maintain the carpets and let us know about related and other zerorz services. They got the work done and were also extremely pleasant. The rugs look great. We will definitely use the service again. (And, we will for sure ask for Nathan next time.)
