I was very impressed by the Lead Technician Darnell LaShappell. He took the time to explain all the steps that would happen during the Zerorez process. He was professional and took extra care to protect our wood floors from the hoses. The carpets look and feel great! It is reassuring to know that there are no residual soap or cleaners left in the carpet fibers.
He was on time. He explained what he would do and also how to maintain a good looking carpet. He did a good job on my traffic areas.

The Technician, Kee was very professional, polite, punctual and extremely thorough. He explained everything to me up front and accurately quoted additional services that I had questions about. He appears to be a very hard worker. I have no reservations about using your services again.
The only hiccup was I didn't receive a call within 24 hours of the service window. I contacted Zerorez at 3:06 p.m. on the 13th and was notified of a 11:00 - 2:00 service window on the 14th. 'Not that big of a deal, but I was worried I wasn't on the schedule.
Again, everyone I spoke with at your company was very polite and professional.
