Jaime Arredondo explained the process, answered all my questions with a complete understanding of the product and process and did an amazing job of removing candle wax in multiple spots on the carpet. We are very satisfied with our experience and your lead technician who came to clean our carpets. After the carpet had dried, we have noticed the area on the stairs that does not receive the brunt of activity seems to still have a darker color to it. Almost like it did not get cleaned as thoroughly. The heavily traffic area is great. There is also the same darkness along the carpet where it meets our kitchen tile. I know the technician said if we were not fully satisfied to let you know. We will make sure next time to mention that these areas need attention. Thank you, Name removed
