I have never used a carpet cleaning company before and have always rented the Rug Doctor machines. I will never go back to renting the machines, as our carpets are cleaner than they have ever been before and overall the additional cost was well worth the service being that we have multiple sufferers of allergies in our household. The technician was professional and provided service above my expectations.

The two technicians that came to my house were two of the nicest guys I have ever had come in here for services. They talked to my kids and pet my dog. They explained everything to me and didn't pressure me into any other services.
