How clean you were able get the carpets.
Zerorez made every effort to accommodate the time frame I needed for the service. Their Technician (Dave Lufkin) was very professional in the way he handled himself, making sure he covered bare floors, protected corners of furniture and other items,and explained the Zerorez process. Most importantly the carpet looks, feels and smells fantastic.

Friendly staff. Good results. The only negative thing I would say is you should make your three hour windows end at 1:00-4:00 at the latest. My window was 2:00-5:00. The cleaner showed up at 3:30 and didn't leave until around 7:00. It cut into our dinner hour and was disruptive.
The technician was courteous and knowledgable. I like the fiber protectant as well.
