I have used another company (Coit) a couple of times and the service was good, nice service tech's and carpets looked cleaner but not "refreshed". So I thought I would give Zerorez a try and I am very happy with the results. In my opinion the high pressure vacuum was the key to it. It really pulled the low pile carpet up and looks more "perky".

The carpets look great, and the service was excellent.
For the most part, the stains did not reappear after cleaning. Different chemicals or solutions were used for different stains, which shows that you do not use a "one size fits all" approach. And very pleasant and knowledgeable staff.

I really enjoyed Chris and Chris they must be your "A" team, they did a wonderful job! They were very professional and customer service friendly. My husband broke his leg last week, not our merriest Christmas but getting my carpets cleaned brightened my mood. I will definitely have them come in the summer to do my upstairs carpets.
