There is NO residue from the cleaning solution - which I understand is basically water with less than 25% chemicals.

I was totally impressed with the service. The technicians were kind and courteous. They did a wonderful job cleaning my carpet which had not been cleaned for over 5 years. During that time I was pretty much a 24/7 caregiver and did not have time to even think about such things. There were dark traffic patterns which they were able to do a good job with. You can use comments but prefer not using my name. Thanks.
