This is the second time we have used Zerorez. We are very happy with the service and the techs that do the cleaning . We have old carpeting and they bring it back to life. The techs are courteous and efficient. We were disappointed that all the soiling on our off white sofa and loveseat could not be removed. The tech did explain well the difference between stains and spots and which ones can be removed.
