My carpets look wonderful! I did like that they set the expectation that some spots would not come out, giving us the option to do more if needed. 90% of the problem areas were taken care of with the first cleaning! The few that didn't, I was given the option to do the extra treatments but there wasn't the high pressure sale! Thank you! I have already told 3 friends about Zerorez!!

The carpet got cleaned. The technician tried really hard. I was a little annoyed that no one showed up until well after my quoted window but appreciated customer service reps calling to keep me updated.

It works. My carpet was the product of 8 kids and a year and a half between cleans. It was terrible. It looks great now, and feels clean. Bring on the winter months.
