I really liked the promptness and thoroughness in which Charles cleaned our carpet. He took his time and seemed to really try hard to do a good job. My carpet is still looking good after a week and a half. What I didn't like was the constant email badgering to give feedback right at Christmastime when I was so busy preparing for the holidays. I was planning to give my feedback but wanted to wait and see if after a time the carpet still looked good. I'm responding now to get you off my back, but love having a clean carpet.
