Employees were very polite, professional and efficient. Also very knowledgeable of the services. The communication between the time the services were scheduled and the time they arrived were outstanding. The carpet cleaning method does not contain chemicals or smells which is one the main reason I chose Zerorez.
Chris Compton was our lead technician. He was very nice and offered a creative alternative to the three-room special. We didn't have three rooms of carpet that we wanted cleaned, so Chris offered to throw in a pre-cleaning treatment of the carpeted room and also cleaned our stairs for the three-room special. He was very knowledgeable of the products and services and also busted his butt cleaning our carpets. We're very happy with the results.
