Your employees are professional, respectful to the clients, knowledgeable about the products, timely and also friendly! You have a great formula. Our wall to wall carpet looks great - like new. The area rug - a deep shag pile - looks amazing!

I liked that the technician, Darnell LaShappell, explained the products and other services Zerorez offers without pushing me to buy. Because of his explanation of services and easy-going demeanor, I ended up adding extra rooms, likely pushing his schedule back and making his day longer. He didn't seem put out in the least. I felt like he was taking the time and effort to do a great job. And he did! In addition, I loved the way the carpet felt after it dried - soft, not crunchy. And it didn't smell like chemicals. Just very clean carpets and a fresh clean smell.
