This was the first time we've ever used a carpet cleaning service. I was always hesitant. We have winter white carpeting and it is in great shape. I had a few areas where traffic was showing and it needed to be cleaned prior to the holidays. Normally we would do it ourselves, but we just did not have the time. I'll never again clean my own carpets. It turned out great and I'll be using this service again. The attendant was honest and trustworthy in my home and I felt he took his job seriously and with pride. GREAT product and service.

I like that you use water and not a lot of chemicals. Tony did such a good job for us. We have very thick carpet in the basement and he worked really hard on it as well as the entire house. They work and the people are nice....a little expensive...but they work....I would use them more often if they were not so expensive

Everyone I talked with and worked with was very friendly and they were knowledgable with all their services and products. I called to make an appointment and Zerorez was out at my house to clean my carpets that very weekend. Once the carpet dried there were some spots that came up and I called to have another technician come out to see if they could do another treatment. They came out that same day and did a fabulous job. The spots came out again and they didn't charge me anything. The company really does want you to be satisfied with their service and product.

I like the effectiveness of your products. A rust stain that was on the carpet when we moved to our current house 17 years ago was removed in a couple minutes! The overall carpets looked great and didn't have that "carpet cleaning smell" when you walked in the door.
I also liked being informed as to what, where and why about the cleaning process before he began and checking to see if I was really satisfied when he was done. Great customer service!

The technician asks me to check over every room after he finishes to make sure he has done the job well. The carpet always looks terrific after using your service. I won't use any other carpet cleaning service.

Nathan was fantastic, on time, explained everything, very understanding and thorough.
Your company is the first one I've ever used that put corner protectors along the walls (orange things) and a front door liner (blue thing) to keep the cold air out.
The pet stains are gone, the carpets feel clean and soft and the Mrs is happy so I'm happy.

I like how friendly & professional the service tech (Jessie) was. He explained everything but didn't waste time. The house smelled fresh & clean when he was done & even though some of the stains reappeared after the carpet was dry, the majority of it looks great.
