I prefer when they come to the house and clean my area carpets as the drive is way to far for me. They come out the same and it saves me time.

Service was timely, well scheduled, even early! Carpet looks brand new and it's 10 years old. Three nasty stains are gone and worn steps even look new. Carpet feels wonderful, dried in 8 hours, even in winter.

Wish I had been informed better about the value of protection service when
entire rooms were cleaned in May '12. I think that protective service should
be a standard procedure without making customer feel we have a choice
to reduce cost. Not cost effective to consumer over time. Made to feel at the
time that it wasn't necessary! Thanks.

All the areas were cleaned right up to the wall and traffic areas were given special attention.That was especially important this time and both NAthan and Bill seemed happy to be doing a good job and were proud of the work they did! Better than I had hoped - and I always have high expectations. I am not a poet ( sorry Nathan-no haikus) but as a teacher I would give him an A+ and say KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
