Jeff was a very nice young man, hard-worker, pleasant and very respectful off his surroundings.

I like that because they were here on a follow up from a previous appointment they spot checked the carpet before starting to get a better idea of what they were working with. They then realized how dirty the carpet still was and immediately set out to correct the issue, explaining to us every step of the process. The rugs now look great!
