We thought our carpeting on the stairs had to be replaced because it looked dirty and worn out. After we had our carpets cleaned by Zerorez the carpets look almost new. We also had some stains in our carpets that we thought would never come out, wrong. The stains came out on the first try with Zerorez.

Nathan worked so hard and did an excellent job! He was respectful, careful and very pleasant. He really did more than I expected. The rug looks wonderful.I used Zerorez once before and the carpet held up really well and I will only use Zerorez in the future.

Easy to schedule an appointment, and everyone from the phone attendants to the on-site technicians were all extremely pleasant. And the results were incredible.

The process where there is NO SOAP left in the carpet is very desirable. In my case, the carpet was not extremely dirty, but it turned out very nice. Easy to schedule. Everyone I talked to, and the technician Ryan, were professional.

From a services perspective, Rob McCurdy is THE BEST! He's professional, courteous and honest. I have older pets that have accidents and your product has saved my carpet numerous times. I will continue to use Zerorez for all my carpet cleaning needs!

What do you like about our products and services?

Our service person, Jesse, was very friendly and courteous. He explained all the carpet cleaning options and did a thorough inspection for any problem areas I may have missed. The carpets are much cleaner and the smell in our basement is gone. The best part is that I know the cleaner used is completely non toxic and and safe for my toddler and pets to be around/walk on. I will be recommending your services!
