You do a good job.
The man who did the work seemed to know everything about his work and went about it in a timely manner. The carpeting doesn't look perfect, but it is much better.

Nice guys, used shoe covers, fast and listened to me with our inturrupting me. However, when I called to make the appt the gal said being I had such a small carpeted area to do they could do a shower stall if I liked. I moved everything out of the bathroom to have the area ready. When they arrived they looked at the shower and said they could not do it and the scheduler should not have told me about this. it was a lot of work to empty out the bathroom/shower area ands it was wasted time.
Other than that I was pleased with the carpet cleaning.

Clean smelling, Picked up dirt and grime. Could not get out a few stains but they look better.

The cleaning solutions are not harmful to children and I have a family childcare business in my home. That is very important to me.
Our technician was extremely knowledgable and very friendly. At the last minute we asked them to clean our rugs, and they were great about explaining the process, and heat they would do to ensure that they were taken care of. Before they left, they even wiped down our kitchen floor! They took lots of steps to ensure that. Not only were our carpets clean...but also that they left no trace of themselves being there.
