Tech was very professional and friendly.
I really think the cleaning made a huge difference in the way my house looks. I had been putting cleaning off because we were going to get new carpet but then we decided to wait. I have grandchildren and I wanted a safe product on the floors for them. I thought the technicians were awesome-informative and professional. Also, when I called the soonest appointment was a week away but when I explained to the scheduler that we were getting a table delivered she fit me in sooner. I would highly recommend Zerorez.

No Soapy residue. Technician was courteous and informative. He was only 21 years old! So professional. Job was done in less than an hour. He didn't push me into buying anything extra but was more than willing to inform me to what was available so that I could make my own decisions without any sales pressure. Vacuumed for the first time today (Sunday) since it was cleaned on Friday. A lab and Mini Schnauzer share our home....it is so soft and bright. It actually looks like we got new carpeting, yet out carpet is over 3 years old. Good tip, do not use any kind of soap on your carpet. If I had the money I would invest in Zeroez. They sold me....very reputable. Good Job Folks.

I like the fact that natural products are used, that there is no residue and that there is no lingering chemical smell. That's very important if you have family members with asthma. Scott Pierson was our technician, and he was great! He put the WOW in your service! He's very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and enthusiastic. He had us check his work after each phase of the service was complete to make sure we were satisfied. This guy obviously loves his job ... and it shows! If we owned a business, Scott would be the person that I would want to represent us! I called Zerorez immediately after Scott left to speak to a manager in order to let you know our satisfaction level and the GREAT customer service Scott provided! We will be return customers.

No chemicals. Fresh scent. Ryan the Tech was knowledgeable and excited about the product. Nice kid too, I was about to invite him for dinner. I was scheduled for the day before and lost power for 8 hours, when I told the guy on the phone that I wanted to re-schedule ASAP because all of the furniture was out in the garage, he got me in the next day. I have already recommended Zerorez to other people.
