I was most impressed with the two young men who did the cleaning. They were very polite and very professional. They moved furniture for me, and even helped me put the glass in my storm door. They worked very carefully, and explained how well the product worked to clean my rugs without using dangerous or harsh chemicals or leaving a residue. They promised that i would be very pleased with how clean the rugs would be in comparison to other rug cleaning products and methods. They were right, and my living room and master bedroom rugs look beautiful again. I will definitely contact your company again soon to clean the rugs in my upstairs bedrooms.

Love that there are no chemicals used, very safe product, no odor other than a faint nice smelling orange. And the rep that came out, Charles, was absolutely wonderful. Very good at explaining and offering information. Very kind and also very careful with how he worked and making sure that the hoses didn't rub against walls, furniture, etc. He was awesome!
