They came out the day after I called. It was a large 2-day-old rust puddle stain I was worried would never come out but it's out! Love the corner bumpers and booties--showed their respect for my home and a high level of professionalism. Courteous technicians, knowledgable and experienced. At the end he foresaw a potential problem, offered a solution and I was even more delighted.

I didn't like the garbage fee for getting rid of dirty "empowered water." If you don't use chemicals why can't the dirty water go down the drain? It's no worse than fecal matter.

Tim our service provider was very knowledgable and professional. He politely responded to what we wanted and expected. He told us how long the carpeting would be damp and when we could walk on the carpeting. He provided a fan for the dampest area at our request. He told us what to expect in worrn areas and explained that our carpeting is now clean.
The man who cleaned our carpets was very polite, conscientious, and knowledgeable. He explained what additional products would be needed to remove the pet bio stains and what our options were. He showed us the cleaned carpets mid way through and asked for feedback and then when it was complete. Even though it was Super Bowl Sunday and we were his last job before kick-off, he didn't rush or cut corners. This is our first experience with Zerorez and we'll definitely use your services again.
