The technician did a great job. One of the rooms previous cleaned by Zerorez last year (that tech said he could not get the dirt out); your current tech removed more of the dirt from the berber carpet. The carpet looks really bright in that room now. YA!!!!!!
Service: the technician Steve could not have been more professional and pleasant. All concerns were addressed and he me gave me all the attention that was required. There was also a trainee : Nick, who was quiet but a good worker. They cleaned up and were respectful of my home.
