AMAZING!! The citrus pre-treatment process was great! The technician explained how Zerorez creates their own PH water which cleans better using the citrus pre-treatment process, lifting away stains without harsh chemicals or soap. Now, all I have is clean carpet with no residue to attract more dirt. The technician was very punctual to our residence, and because we had our couch and other furniture removed from the rooms, we received an unexpected discount on the final bill, which we were not asked to pay until the job was completed.
