We liked the person who did the work. He explained problem areas and did his best to get them clean. For the most part, the results were fabulous. The only spots that he couldn't get out were the very worn areas of heavy traffic.

It was our first experience with ZEROREZ and from my initial phone call into the company to arrage for service, to their follow up phone call (I left a message), ability to schedule a within a week, and their communcations regarding their arrival widow and communcation on the day of service they were perfect! They young men doing the work were respectful, and cautious in our home, and asked if there was any other spots we felt needed additional cleaning. I was very impressed with everything and our carpets look great (even in the high traffic areas I asked them to focus on) We will use ZEROREZ again.

Dave got out the previous owners Easter egg dyed carpet, he was very kind to my son and myself who wanted to look around while he was in the house. Dave recommended antibacterial and scotch guard extras which I was glad to hear about and most of all my carpets look FABULOUS!! We love Dave.

I feel my carpet is thoroughly clean. However, there are a couple of spots I feel could of been treated twice and maybe looked a little better. I would recommend you as we have used you folks through my work and everything has turned out great every time.
