Great service. Every time I have had spots they got them out. Last week however my tech was not there long and I didn't see the results I have had in the past. Can I get someone to come back out?

My lead technician was very positive and fun to work with. Both Nathan and Jesse appeared to really care about my concerns offering good suggestions to me. They were both very thorough in cleaning the carpets and the results surpassed my expectations! I am a very pleased customer and will use Zerorez again.

I like the professionalism, and the way that they dressed and put 40s on to walk on the carpets. He was also very helpful in helping me move some furniture back which I thought was very nice.
