I like that you use water to clean the carpets. My carpets weren't soaked afterwards. The cleaner arrived eariler than my scheduled appointment which was nice. The cleaner was nice and listened to what I wanted done.

I loked that the people doing the actual cleaning were very professional and did a good job.

We liked the empowered water rather than a lot of perfumes and the environmentally safe aspect to it. The carpets came out beautifully, even with some areas showing wear.

The job was thoroughly done; the agent was on time, called before he came and was great. He listened to our concerns and wasn't pushy about other services he could do, though he told us about them. He was well dressed and articulate about the work to be done. A great experience! Our son, who was experiencing a lot of cat allergies in his condo while this was going on, and staying with us in the evenings until a roommate could move out (with the two cats!) liked it so much, he called for a cleaning of his condo right away. We heard about you on AM950, and talked to a friend who had used Zero Rez too and then the coupons kept coming, so we finally decided to try you for the first time rather than Coit, whom we have used for years. They are getting expensive, and you were so reasonable for the work, and the results didn't have any perfumey smell and sparkled! Thanks so much. We will be back!
